HiLux V-Active 48V Technology: Improved Efficiency, Acceleration, Smoothness

  Toyota has introduced V-Active technology to the “unbreakable” HiLux to deliver better fuel efficiency as well as improved smoothness, response and off-road prowess. V-Active technology provides electric assistance to the powerful 150kW/500Nm HiLux 2.8-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine on select 4×4 automatic double-cab grades. Petrol-Only Variants Discontinued On Nine Models Including RAV4

Toyota Australia announced today it will no longer sell petrol-only variants of RAV4 and all other models where hybrid-electric vehicles (HEVs) are available.
